TSPI Bugallon Branch opens its first Sambayanihan Center The dedication of the TSPI Bugallon Branch Sambayanihan Center was held on Sept. 12, 2024, in Barangay San Francisco Bugallon Pangasinan. It was attended by more than 80 people (clients, staff, and visitors) from twelve (12) barangays served by the TSPI Bugallon Branch.
