Serbisyong Medical – We Value Your Health About 606 people from various barangays served by the TSPI Vigan Branch received Medical Services on Oct. 11, 2024. It was held in Caoayan Auditorium, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur. There was free medical and eye consultation, free medicines and vitamins and free eyeglasses.
